City Lights

These two are a couple of adoptable I've bought at some point in the past.
They were creepy pasta based but as I'm not really part of that fandom fully anymore I shall be developing them along side some other characters to make them their own universe.

Basics
 Please be sure you have the points to pay. Comment which adopt(s) you want. 
 Once you draw/write the character reference, all I ask is credit as to who you bought the concept/design from. After that, you do not have to credit on any other images/written works. 
 Please be aware that some are a bit more thought out that others, and as such, will cost more. Most are just concepts and will not have a name. 
 All have not been drawn, but may have a general design idea. You are free to alter small details (colours, etc.) but must keep the basic concept the same.

and Hess was purchased as a drawn concept from  SoundwaveTheCat The only thing I've done to the concept is the slight length alteration to his face mask/scarf (Although he may alternate between the original mask and the new one).

You should expect to see a few more drawings of these two friends as I build on their character info and background stuff more in the future.
