Liam Westhorp - RA OC-

I have an OC for Romantically Apocalyptic :3

I went back and changed his design from what I may have uploaded earlier today but I like this one more. This is just a rough reference for now, a guide to his outfit more than anything else.

But here is a tiny bit more info about him:
_{His name is Liam Westhorp, also known as Runner (Reason why is unknown) He has little known history prior to the 'end of the world' and is a bit of an amnesia case. The only things known about him is he may have once been working for the same Tour Group sector as Snippy and like Snippy his jacket is standard GD issue, though of a much earlier design, hence the similarities in color but difference in pattern. It is unknown how he survived but may or may not have been sheltered in a bunker with several other people, Liam may or may not also suffer from red/green colorblindness (I'm not sure weather or not I will keep that aspect uwu)}
